My kids love checking out all the fun indoor play places popping up around Calgary and we were all excited when we saw a brand new and HUGE one open right by Deerfoot City called The Big Box. We were so excited to check it out and man it is awesome!!!
My kids age range is from 2 to 10.5 and they all had a BLAST at The Big Box! The slides were a big hit with all of them especially the girls. They loved the big yellow slide that they could all have races on. Even mommy and daddy got in on that and had a blast! Who we kidding this place is amazing Mommy and Daddy got in on everything and had just as much fun as the kids!!
The boys loved the giant inflatable and the tube slide the best but really they loved it all. The ball cannons were fun and they loved just running and doing their thing though out the HUGE play structure.
We didn't get to check out the bumper cars as they were not open till later in the day but my boys want to go back and try them next time fore sure.There is also a crazy looking high rope obstetrical course. It looked crazy and fun but was not open while we were there and this momma was kinda glad lol
My only one small issue was the bathrooms being outside of the play area as a parent had to accompany the children(even the older ones to get a rink from the fountain or bathroom (great that it was so well secured but a tiny bit annoying lol)
UPDATE: I just read that a new bathroom opened up on the inside of the playground so this issue is no more YA!!
The Big Box also offers Birthday PArty packages and I just saw on their website they are offering summer camps! FUN!!!
