We are homeschooling DS1 this year and I am struggling to find ways to round out his curriculum. He love electronics and games as well as TV so I try to use those when I can to start ideas that we can build upon in our "school time". This is why I was super excited to learn that Netflix offers many educational titles for young children.
I was so happy to find that you can stream episodes of the Magic School Bus I LOVE that show as it always has such great information and facts shown in such an easy to learn way. My boys have enjoyed many episodes now and particular like the space and inside the body episodes!
We also love Sid the Science Kid when they have great experiments that happen in real life as well as cartoon life. It is a great show to bring the cartoon adventure to the real let's try it out situation!
We are also going to check out Deadliest Volcanoes as my son has recently shin an interest in making his own volcano, steaming from the volcano Easter eggs that I really want to try this year! Stay tuned for a post on those soon!
