Up on the Hill Review and Giveaway

I recently found a cloth diaper and accessory store that I really like called Up on the Hill that is located in Shepherdstown WV  but also sells online which of course is how I found them being from Calgary.  I found them for Cloth Diapers but have found after following them on Facebook that they have a large and growing everyday product list. From chew toy and baby carriers right to my favorite chocolates ! Yes chocolates !  There seems to be a new product or GREAT deal I am interested in daily and they offer great shipping rates as well!!

Amii from Up on the Hill sent me a black Sweetpea AI3 diaper to review as I really wanted to try a diaper that the liner could be switched out but the outside could be reused.  This is a great option for when your on the go as it creates less laundry. It also offers a trimmer fit for when you've got your little one in a tighter fitting pant. 

One thing that was a bit different about the Sweetpea one size diaper was the insert was different then any I've come across so far.  It comes with a 3 layer bamboo/cotton soaker as well a fleece topped microfiber doubler.  The insert is quite thick and takes quite awhile to dry but after trying it out a few times I really grew to like it especially for nap time.  I also tried with just the microfiber doubler and it worked great and made for a nice trim fit.  Also works great as a cover over regular inserts and prefolds!

I really like the Sweetpea AI3 for it's trim fit and multiple uses and will be using as one of my go to favorites especially for those jean wearing days.
